Our chosen local provider will spend time with the individual client at the very outset. They need to get to know them as a person, what their needs are, what their likes and dislikes are, and to get a sense of the sort of person they are looking for.
Only then can they begin the process of how they might be able to match the two up, and what the two are looking for.
Both the companion and the client are likely to have specific needs and requirements, and it is important that the local provider is able to recognise these, and is able to bring them together.
